How It Works

Choose the person you want to send a Kindness Envelope to and tell us a little about them.
2. Make it personal
Choose the reason for sending and add a personal note. Each month, you can update the reason and add a new personal note.
3. We create and mail it
We put together their Kindness Envelope with all the goodies and your personal note, then send it directly to their mailbox.
That’s it.

The Kindness Envelope is created in small batches, with care given to the details.
Each month includes original watercolor art, thoughtfully chosen paper pieces, and messages designed to feel warm, personal, and worth slowing down for.
The artwork begins as one of Heather’s original watercolor paintings. The envelopes are assembled by hand. And every piece is chosen with the same goal in mind:
to make something simple feel special.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including the District of Columbia, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.

Orders received by the 10th are planned to mail by the 25th of that month. Orders received after the 10th begin with the following month. Future monthly Kindness Envelopes are planned to mail by the 25th.

The $12 monthly option continues each month and a new Kindness Envelope is mailed until you cancel.

No. Those are fixed gifts and end automatically after the selected number of months.

Please complete a separate purchase for each recipient. After finishing one purchase, return to Gift Options to send another.

Yes. You can add a personal message when you order, and we’ll include it in the recipient’s envelope.

If you’d like to change your personal message, submit a change request and we’ll do our best to make the change before that month’s cutoff.

Yes. Before each monthly cutoff, we’ll send you a reminder with the option to add a new personal note or change the reason for sending. Personal notes can be short, long, or somewhere in between. If you don’t make any changes, we’ll use the current reason and include a fresh message that fits it.

If you purchased a 3-, 6-, or 12-month gift, submit a change request and we’ll do our best to make the change before that month’s mailing cutoff.
If you purchased a Monthly subscription, you’ll need to cancel the current subscription and start a new one using the new recipient address. You can manage your subscription through your customer account.

Your order number is included in your original order confirmation email and in the monthly update emails we send about your upcoming Kindness Envelope. If you can’t find either one, use the Contact form and choose General Question. Send us a note and we’ll do our best to help you locate the order.

Sign in to your customer account to manage or cancel your Monthly subscription. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next monthly charge.
